While Bricklayer appears to be tokenising real estate, our dual token system captures the economic energy of such assets. Acquiring tokenised assets is already within the scope of the treasury. One key vision for Bricklayer is to create a facility to onboard real estate on-chain directly, creating a 1:1 yet divisible digital asset pinned directly to the legal ownership of an asset.
Current development is applying the ERC-3643 standard to enable users to introduce their real estate to our platform, where Bricklayer will handle the issuance, management, and transfer of the permissioned tokens created. Using ONCHAINID's built-in decentralised identity framework ensures only users meeting predefined conditions can become token holders, even on permissionless blockchains.
